What areas does CamelTows service?
- We service Langley, Surrey, Burnaby, Vancouver, Chilliwack and surrounding communities in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. We also take longer trips outside the region, so it is always worth asking about your location.
Do you provide long distance towing?
- Yes. Long distance towing is a regular part of our work. We transport vehicles between cities and on longer routes. Give us the pickup location and destination for a quote.
Do you only use flatbed tow trucks?
- Yes. CamelTows specializes in flatbed towing. Your vehicle is loaded onto the deck and secured rather than towed with its wheels on the road.
What information do I need to get a towing quote?
- The pickup location, the drop-off location, the vehicle year, make and model, and whether the vehicle runs and drives. Anything else about the condition, such as flat tires, no keys or low clearance, is helpful too.
Can you tow a vehicle that does not run?
- Yes. Non-running vehicles are well suited to a flatbed. Let us know if the vehicle will not roll, steer or brake so we can plan the load.
Can I schedule a tow in advance?
- Yes. Scheduled vehicle transportation is available. Call or text with the date you have in mind along with the pickup and drop-off details.
How is the cost of a tow determined?
- Mainly by distance, along with the vehicle and its condition. Contact us with those details and we will give you a straightforward price before you book.
Can you transport a vehicle between cities?
- Yes. City to city vehicle transportation is something we do regularly, both within the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley and on longer routes.
What kinds of vehicles do you transport?
- Cars, SUVs and pickup trucks. If you are unsure whether your vehicle is a fit, call with the year, make and model and we will tell you.
