Flatbed towing is what CamelTows does. Instead of lifting one end of your vehicle and rolling it down the road, we winch the whole vehicle onto the deck and secure it for the trip.
How a flatbed tow works
The deck tilts down to the ground, the vehicle is pulled or driven up onto it, then it is strapped down before we move.
All four wheels leave the road
Once the vehicle is on the deck, no wheels are turning and no drivetrain components are spinning during transport. Nothing is added to the odometer either.
Secured before we move
The vehicle is strapped down on the deck. Telling us about low clearance, a body kit, aftermarket suspension or missing keys helps us plan the load.
Suited to all wheel drive
All wheel drive and four wheel drive vehicles are commonly moved on a flatbed because the drive wheels stay off the pavement for the whole trip.
Works when the vehicle cannot be driven
Flat tires, a dead battery, a seized engine or brake trouble can all be worked around. Tell us the condition so we bring the right approach.
